How do I get access after payment?

Which exchanges are supported?
PULSAR currently integrates with Lighter DEX — a zero-fee, on-chain perpetuals exchange built on Ethereum (Arbitrum). You connect via an API key generated on app.lighter.xyz. No Binance or CEX account needed.
What is Lighter DEX — do I need crypto experience?
Lighter is a decentralised exchange (DEX) where trades happen on-chain with zero trading fees. You need an Ethereum wallet (e.g. MetaMask) funded with USDC on Arbitrum. Once set up, PULSAR handles all trading automatically — you don't place orders manually.
Do the bots trade automatically?
Yes — deployed bots monitor strategy signals every minute and execute live orders on Lighter DEX using your configured position size percentage.
Can I cancel my subscription?
The Monthly plan (Explorer) has no commitment — it does not auto-renew. Quarterly and Annual plans are a one-time upfront payment for the full period.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC on Arbitrum. Payments are processed via NOWPayments at live exchange rates.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital access products, all sales are final. The Monthly plan does not auto-renew so there is no recurring charge. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
